Summary
Becoming a 'digital service provider' (DSP) now has more to do with transforming communications service providers (CSPs) businesses (roles, processes, architectures, etc.) to support platform business models. But there is still no consensus about whether CSPs should, in fact, evolve to become digital platform businesses like Amazon, Facebook, Google or Uber.

Join this webinar that will provide insights on the latest report ‘Vision 2020: Future CSP business models’ that traces the evolution from a CSP to a DSP and beyond and explains four possible business models that can help CSPs in their transformation.

Key takeaways:
  • Why digital transformation is important and how using a digital maturity model can help
  • How digital transformation improves customer experience
  • How CSPs can become digital ecosystem enablers
  • Why APIs are important
