Events 2021-2022
2020 has brought us together “virtually” in ways we could not imagine. Digital Transformation World Series was the largest gathering of TM Forum members in our history, and we saw 3x times the attendees to our 2019 physical event join us online.

DTW 2021 update
Like many international businesses, we are continuously monitoring the impact of the global pandemic. So many people have suffered over the last 12 months, and we share in the ongoing heartbreak and concern felt by communities and businesses around the world.
We remain focused on the planning for our Digital Transformation World 2021, to be held in September. We are assessing several scenarios based on what may or may not be possible due to the frequently changing environment. Travel restrictions, quarantine guidelines and vaccine distribution are all factors to consider, but we remain focused on delivering an event that provides an opportunity for the industry to come together, learn and collaborate.
As you saw in 2020, with the commitment of the Forum’s sponsors and partners, Digital Transformation World Series was the biggest digital telecoms event of the year and the largest gathering of TM Forum members in our history. Of course, we would have all preferred to meet in person, but this event demonstrated how the ‘show can still go on’ and shone a light on the key challenges and opportunities faced by our industry, hosting 8,000 attendees, 250 speakers and over 187 sessions. It was one more example of what our industry can achieve in the face of adversity.
Safety will continue to be our priority for our 2021 events, including Digital Transformation World. We are aware of the different positions our member companies currently have on global travel, face to face business and attending large events. We are also very aware of the keenness to get back to doing business in the way we know how. As a membership organization, we are committed to working closely with you to limit these risks and maintain clear and open communications.
We welcome your continued support.
