A practical programmatic approach to CSP digital transformation

across the Telco ecosystem

In this webinar we will introduce and discuss a TM Forum standard for effecting a programmatic approach to digital transformation across Telco Ecosystems:

  • Why traditional approaches and solutions will not work for digital transformation
  • A framework and methodology that organizations can adopt to help them deliver on their own digital transformation commitments
  • The critical need to address the impact of your people in your digital transformation journey and why the HR function is a key ally

A newly launched resource, the TM Forum Best Practice Digital Transformation Ecosystem Guidebook, will be made available immediately after the Webinar event.

Join Detecon, Concentra, The GC Index and TM Forum to learn and to share your thoughts and questions around practical digital transformation delivery.

These companies are Business Transformation Excellence finalists in the TM Forum Excellence Awards 2019, being recognized for delivering a major organizational change for T-Systems' Digital Division using this proven data-driven methodology and enabling toolset.
Nathan Ott
Chief Polisher, The GC Index

Nathan is the Founder of The GC Index®, a digital diagnostic, that has been recently recognised by Gartner Inc. as a Cool Vendor for Communications Service Provider Business Operations. With over 20 years of working with business leaders to get the best from their talent, Nathan has always thought there was something missing. Subsequently, through years of conversations with business leaders he realised he was not alone. This notion that ‘something was missing’ is the key stimulus for the original The GC Index research.

Nathan has worked in partnership with TM Forum for over 5 years and has a fundamental belief that everyone can make an impact in their world. He has created a global community of GC Partners and GCologists that is committed to fostering the impact and contribution from everyone around the globe, whether they are a global Fortune CEO or a child in a developing country. He is constantly pushing The GC Index team, GC Partners and Clients to enable frictionless and empowering interactions between HR and Business leaders so that everyone is valued to deliver positive business outcomes.

He is the co-author of two studies: The DNA Of A Game Changer and The DNA Of A Game-Changing Team and the recently published Coaching Me, Coaching You (a-ha).
