Mike is working with a number of enterprises to enable them to build internal capability to drive transformation through a data-driven approach to align the organization to their business strategy. He has a background in business change, data and digital over 20 years with a range of telecoms clients. Prior to Concentra, Mike led BAE Systems Applied Intelligence’s (was Detica) relationship with a global telco and before that was with PwC’s telecoms consulting practice. He has a background in technology with a degree in Electronic Engineering from Edinburgh University.
Björn Menden, Managing Partner and member of Detecon’s international management team, heads the Global Practice Core Functions and Optimization. He guides clients in the generation of sustainable competitive advantages and the optimization and restructuring of their business models. Björn previously played a key role in driving the development of these topics internationally while serving in executive positions, including his work in our South Africa office. Before joining
Robert Walker has worked in the telecoms industry for 35 years primarily in product, project and programme management roles. Robert has led and delivered a significant number of transformation programmes including technology, cost and organisational design focused projects with £multi-million budget responsibility. He successfully delivered the UK’s first rate-adaptive broadband product for BT from concept to market in 5 quarters utilising agile techniques and was a founder of its first corporate incubator, Brightstar. Robert has most recently been leading the delivery of the TM Forum Digital Maturity Model. He is a Chartered Engineer and a Member of the Association for Project Management and The Institution of Engineering and Technology.
