Innovation Hub Elevate Workshop

Members of the Innovation Hub are invited to join us for the 3rd Elevate workshop, where we will meet in-person and virtually to review, plan, and drive progress in all Innovation Hub projects.

During the last Elevate workshop in January 2025, sponsored by DT and Orange, over 30+ tech leaders redefined the ODA and AI agents roadmap. This October, we are delighted to bring everyone together again at Jio's campus in Mumbai.

Across 10+ exclusive sessions, each project team will join forces with TM Forum subject matter experts for in-depth discussions to accelerate meaningful outcomes.

The workshop sessions will focus on collaboration with all Innovation Hub Core project members, ODA Canvas industry experts, and AI leaders, providing progress updates on use cases, and discussing AI agent orchestration, while also outlining the roadmap for the next development phases across Model Context Protocol (MCP), Canvas, and AI platforms.

Strategic alignment: Preparing and refining demos and narratives for DTW Ignite 2026 through focused technical and strategic reviews of all active Innovation Hub projects.
Mission-focused insights: Aligning Innovation Hub work with broader TM Forum Missions - AI & Data, Composable IT & Ecosystems, and Autonomous Networks, through curated expert sessions and presentations.
Retrospectives and continuous improvement: Conducting dedicated retrospective sessions to identify opportunities for improved project execution, collaboration, and impact.
Innovation Hub Pioneer Project deep-dive sessions: Enabling technical depth and cross-domain perspectives across Autonomous Networks and Project Foundation initiatives, with dedicated breakout sessions to avoid disruption to ongoing ODA and AIVA work.
Expert-led core project sessions: Providing exclusive time slots for subject-matter experts from Innovation Hub core projects to deliver in-depth sessions and live demos to a broader audience.

Outcomes & deliverables

The objectives are to finalize the scope for demos at DTW Ignite 2026, create clear cross-project integration narratives, agree priorities and timelines for post-DTW Ignite development, produce actionable insights to refine Innovation Hub operating models, and create a consolidated roadmap for execution through 2026.
