Reinventing Business Assurance for the digital era.

TM Forum is establishing a pilot scheme called Innovate Working Group for Business Assurance in the context of IoE and the digital economy. It will build on the great achievements of the Revenue Management (RM) collaborative projects to create innovative solutions for IoE and digital business. We encourage you to get involved in this group. One of the first activities is to perform further research in the area of new challenges and innovations in BA. Member-only report | 5G: Is platform the killer use case?

The report presents the results of a survey we conducted with 61 telecom professionals from 52 companies, including communications service providers (CSPs) and their suppliers. Nearly all the people we interviewed agreed that 5G, network functions virtualization, software-defined networking and cloud-based platform business models are all inextricably linked and represent the best (perhaps only) way forward for CSPs. Hyperscale training teaches common transformation language

Huawei has recently been undertaking an extensive training and certification program. In one year, over 2000 of their employees have achieved TM Forum certification, and their staff report that the training is helping them to communicate with customers better, win projects and solve customer problems, as well as improve their own career prospects. Are your colleagues aware of their TM Forum membership?

We have some tools to help you share TM Forum membership with your co-workers through email or on your company intranet site. Check out “Did You Know Our Company is a TM Forum Member?” for a great infographic to get your colleagues started, and check out the full Member Toolkit here.

How can your colleagues get started? Create a user account:

  • Go to www.tmforum.org
  • If new to the website, click Log In to create a user account.  It is important to register with company domain to be recognized as a TM Forum member.
  • If they are a returning user, they will simply need to select My Account.
  • Select the tab "Update your subscriptions" and tick the box next to Inside TM Forum Membership
  • Once these steps have been completed, they will begin receiving the Membership Monthly Newsletter during the first week of next month.
